Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya participated as the chief guest in the ‘Bihar-Purvanchal-Mithilaanchal Affectionate Meeting Ceremony’ organized at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad today. In this grand event, while addressing the huge crowd, he gave the message of cultural unity and social harmony.
While congratulating all the people of the state and the people present at the program on ‘Uttar Pradesh Day’, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the land of Uttar Pradesh is a confluence of diverse cultures. ‘Affectionate get-togethers’ not only cherish our cultural heritage but also create a sense of unity in the society from East to West.
He said that on this occasion of cordial interaction with the Chokha-Bati feast, the Deputy Chief Minister met with the people of the area very intimately and shared the cultural bond associated with participation in the traditional Chokha-Bati feast, our food and our traditions are our real strength, which binds us together.
The program had a special presence of the Cabinet Minister of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and senior officials of the organization, which mainly included: Shri Sunil Kumar Sharma, Honorable Cabinet Minister, U.P. There was a dignified presence of a large number of people along with the Government, Shri Atul Garg, Honorable MP, Shri Basant Tyagi, State Minister, BJP, Shri Satyendra Sisodia, Regional President, BJP (Western Uttar Pradesh), Smt. Sunita Dayal, Honorable Mayor, Ghaziabad, Shri Mayank Goyal, Metropolitan President and other party officials/workers.
