I consider myself very lucky that I got the opportunity to work with good directors continuously in films, Vikrant Massey decided to leave TV for films at a time when he was getting Rs 35 lakh per month on television. Vikrant Massey says, when I started working in films, everyone spoke in English and I was weak in English at that time. Film actors hate TV actors a lot. Vikrant Massey says, I am not saying that this has happened to me there, but generally filmmakers do not take TV actors seriously. Film people think that TV actors roam around with bodies, that's all. It was a challenge for me to prove myself.
