News India Live, Digital Desk: A very sad and worrying news has come out from Jharkhand, where lush green forests and wildlife are in abundance. These days, the terror of elephants has increased so much that within just 56 hours, 6 people have lost their lives! And this trend is not stopping yet. There is even worse news from Ramgarh district, where elephants have killed two more people, causing an atmosphere of panic and anger among the villagers. After all, why and for how long will this bloody conflict between humans and elephants continue?

Jharkhand frightened by elephant attacks

According to the information, herds of elephants are crossing their borders and entering human settlements in different parts of Jharkhand. There can be many reasons behind this, such as deforestation, reduction in the natural habitat of elephants, and their wandering in search of food and water. But the common people are suffering the consequences of all this. Six deaths in the last few hours have shocked the entire state, and soon after this two more deaths (2 more deaths) from Ramgarh district show how serious the situation is.

Villagers are now afraid to leave their homes because there is no telling when an elephant might come on the way. Farmers’ crops are being ruined and people are forced to remain confined to their own homes. It has become a big challenge for the government and the forest department to establish a safe coexistence between humans and elephants.

Need for security and solutions

Now people in rural areas are raising questions as to what arrangements are being made to avoid these continuous attacks by elephants. Is the Forest Department making any concrete plan to send these elephants back to the forest or keep them away from populated areas? It is also important to see that there is proper provision of food and water for elephants in their natural habitat so that they do not come towards settlements.

At present, there is an atmosphere of fear and despair in these areas of Jharkhand. People need to be very cautious and follow the instructions of the forest department. It is hoped that the government will soon find an effective solution to provide relief from this serious problem and stop this tragic conflict between humans and wildlife.
