Material:
- Two cups wheat flour
- Half cup jaggery
- One cup – ghee
- twenty – cashew nuts
- Nuts Ten – Almonds
- 15 – Pistachios
- ten – cardamom
- twenty – raisins
- Two tablespoons dry ginger powder
- half teaspoon carom seeds
You can prepare it like this:
Heat half the ghee in a pan, add flour and fry until it turns brown.
Now pour four cups of water in the pan and melt jaggery in it.
Now add carom seeds to it also.
Now this water will have to be filtered and flour will be mixed in it.
Now cook the flour solution in the pan until it thickens.
Now add cashews, almonds and pistachios, remaining ghee and dry ginger powder to it.
Finally add raisins and cardamom powder.
In this way your delicious Lapsi is ready.
