Prayagraj, 02 April (HS). Allahabad High Court has approved conditional anticipatory bail in the case registered against Mohammadabad Municipal Council Chairman Shamim Ahmed, close to Mukhtar Ansari, on fraud charges.
This order has been given by Justice Krishna Pahal. The petitioner is accused of misusing the post of chairman and removed the name of the complainant from the municipality. Whereas the petitioner said that he has been unfortunately implicated.
This act has been done by government employees. He has no role in this. It has nothing to do with it. There is a criminal history of only one case against him. Whose proceedings have been stayed by the court. Despite this he can be arrested. Even if he gets bail, he is ready to cooperate fully in the trial. Therefore he should be granted anticipatory bail. The government lawyer opposed the bail but did not deny the facts.
