If you are on a diet and want to fry makhana without ghee or oil, then take a pan and keep it hot. So take a heavy bottom pan and add makhana and a little salt in it. – Now fry the makhana on low flame. After some time the butter will get roasted then you can add salt to it.
Roasted Makhanas like the ones in the market are raw, so heat ghee in a pan and when it becomes hot, add Makhanas in it. – Now fry the makhana on medium flame and add some salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala to it. – Mix well and then take it out in a plate, when the makhana cools down, store it in an airtight container.
