Bettiah: Strict action by the administration on violation of election code of conduct.
FIR registered in Bagaha police station for continuing the rally after the permission period.
Under Bihar Assembly General Election-2025, independent candidate Mr. Dinesh Aggarwal (04-Bagaha Assembly) was given permission to organize a rally/procession today, 8 November 2025, from 10 am to 1 pm.
Due to his continuing the rally even after the stipulated time ended, a situation of violation of the election code of conduct arose. Taking action on this by the Deputy Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Welfare Officer, Bagaha, an FIR has been lodged in the local police station Bagaha under police station case number 423/25, dated 08.11.2025.
The district administration has made it clear that violation of the code of conduct and election rules will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
