Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Now counting days are left in the Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, the candidates contesting the elections are trying their best to ensure victory. Greedy promises are being made to the voters. A similar promise has been made by an independent candidate from Maharashtra, who is in the news.
Independent candidate Vanita Raut from Chimur village in Chandrapur, Maharashtra has said that if she wins the next Lok Sabha elections, she will give cheap whiskey and beer to poor people. Vanita Raut has made strange promises to woo poor voters, saying that she will open a beer bar in every village and will also provide cheap whiskey and beer to the voters from the MP fund. He said, where there is a village, there is a beer bar. These are my points. On the promise of importing liquor through the rationing system, he said that for this it is necessary for both consumers and sellers of liquor to have a license.
Liquor license required
He said that people who are very poor and work hard find solace only in drinking alcohol. But they can't buy quality whiskey or beer. He drinks only country liquor and there is no limit to his consumption. Then he becomes unconscious. I want him to enjoy imported wine.
Vanita said that alcohol destroys families and that is why she wants people to get a license to drink alcohol. Liquor license should be given to people after the age of 18 years. This is not the first time that Vanita is contesting elections. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he contested from Nagpur seat.
It is noteworthy that Lok Sabha elections are going to be held in seven phases from April 19. Counting of votes will take place on June 4. Voting will be held on 48 seats in Maharashtra in the first five phases.
