Whenever Rajpal Yadav comes on screen, a smile appears on the lips as soon as we see his face. From ‘Bandya’ from ‘Chup Chup Ke’ to ‘Chhote Pandit’ from ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’, he has given us countless reasons to laugh. But this actor, who makes everyone laugh on screen, is currently under stress in his real life, so much so that he has to approach the court even to do shows abroad.

What is the matter?

Actually, Rajpal Yadav has to go to Dubai to participate in an event on the occasion of Diwali. But they cannot go like ordinary people just by booking their tickets and getting visa. For this he had to seek proper permission from the Delhi High Court.

So why does one have to take permission from the court?

The reason behind this is an old matter, which has troubled Rajpal Yadav a lot. The matter is many years old. Rajpal Yadav had taken a loan of Rs 5 crore from a Delhi businessman to make one of his films ‘Ata Pata Lapata’. But unfortunately, he could not repay this loan on time.

This matter reached the court and the court also sentenced him for not being able to repay the loan. In the year 2018, he also had to go to jail for 3 months.

This is just an old case, due to which there are legal restrictions on his going abroad. Their passports are either deposited in the court or they are barred from leaving the country without permission.

That’s why, when he got a chance to go to Dubai for work on Diwali, he had to file an application in the Delhi High Court through his lawyer. He has told the court that it is a Diwali event and he will return immediately after completing the work.

This incident shows how deeply a past financial mistake can affect your life, no matter how big a celebrity you are. Now Delhi High Court will decide whether this king of comedy gets permission to go to Dubai to entertain his fans or not.
