Yoga practice not only has great importance in the spiritual world, its importance is no less in the scientific world too. If yoga is to be defined then the energy flowing in nature must be related to the inner world. It is through yoga that nature's most important oxygen flows into the body. It can be understood that when a vehicle's tires run out of air, it is unable to move forward. The body also gets the rays of the sun and moon through yoga. There are many examples of the importance of yoga.
There is mention of seven sages in the scriptures. These sages are also mentioned in the Akash Mandal. King Uttanpad's son Dhruva also appears before these sages in the form of the pole star. When on mother's orders the father took Dhruv off his lap, then on the request of mother Suniti the five-year-old boy Dhruv went to the forest and practiced yoga. Ultimately Lord Vishnu had to come to Dhruva.
Goswami Tulsi Das has written in Ramcharit Manas, 'Nari Subhau Satya Sab Kahen'. The eight demerits will always remain there. 'Courage agility maya, fear abibek asauch paida.' It is necessary to consider the meaning of Chaupai. Here Tulsidas has thrown light on eight qualities of a woman. Here the meaning of woman should be taken seriously because the word woman is derived from the Sanskrit word Nari which means both dance and eye.
The thoughts of the mind make every person dance and also give vision. In these contexts, there is no feminine word in this chaupai but the word is the verb itself. A person's karma remains alive not only during his life but also after that. As a result it can be said that the happiness of life can be protected through yoga.
