If you want to make better Kesar Rabdi at home than the market then follow this recipe

If you are thinking of making a special sweet on a special occasion but are not able to understand what to make, then today we will tell you the method of making Kesar Rabri. This sweet is very tasty and everyone will drool over its sweetness.

Material:

2 liter milk

½ cup sugar

finely chopped pistachios

¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

finely chopped almonds

5-6 saffron threads

Method:

Pour milk into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. When the milk starts boiling, reduce the flame.

When cream starts appearing on the milk, keep stirring it with a ladle on one side of the pan.

After some time, a layer of cream will settle on the milk. Repeat the same process with this layer until about ⅓ milk remains.

The cream collected at the edges will gradually dry and thicken.

When about ⅓ of the milk remains and starts thickening, add sugar, saffron, chopped pistachios and almonds into it.

Then add the cream that has settled at the edges into the milk and stir slowly.

Keep in mind that the cream does not mix completely with the milk.

Switch off the flame and take out the rabri in a container and let it cool in the refrigerator.

After 3 hours, serve chilled Rabdi and enjoy. If it is kept properly in the refrigerator, it can be eaten for 3 days.
