Sri Goindwal Sahib: A case of death of a 39-year-old man from village Bhoiyan in Tarn Taran district has come to light. It is being told that the said person used to work as a hard laborer and had left the house after paying daily wages but later his body was found. Deceased's mother Kulwant Kaur and wife Dharam Singh, resident of village Bhoiyan, told that her son Tarsem Singh had returned home after paying half the daily wage. Later he went out of the house and in the evening information was received that Tarsem Singh had fallen on the outskirts of village BHEL.

When they reached there, the syringe was also lying near him. They took him to a private hospital but doctors declared him dead. Kulwant Kaur told that her son was addicted to drinking alcohol, but she did not know when he became a victim of this deadly drug. He accused the governments that drugs are being sold openly in the villages and people's sons are dying.
