First of all, grind soaked almonds and make a paste.
Now add flour, salt, saffron, orange color, almond paste and water in a vessel and knead the mixture.
Now apply ghee on this flour and roll the roti.
Now fold this roti and roll it.
Cut it into small pieces with a knife and roll again.
Now make sugar syrup in a pan.
Heat oil in a pan and fry puris in it.
Now soak the puris in syrup for some time, take them out in a plate and garnish with almonds.
In this way your Almond Puri is ready.
