Jaipur, 30 March (Hindustan Reporter). In a series of net-theatre programs on the occasion of Rajasthan Day, Thani Group director Meera Saxena and her fellow artists presented the culture of Rajasthan by showcasing the songs of Phagun in such a way that the fragrance of the soil of Rajasthan reflected the colorful rainbow through the folk dances presented.
Rajendra Sharma Raju of Net-Theatre told that the artists started the program with Rangeela Shambhu Gora Na Padharo Pyara Pavana. After this, he presented the Holi folk songs Phagan Ayo Phagana Kai Layayo Holi Ro Festival Binjara and Kanha Mat Mare Pichkari song composed by famous Sangeetcharya Madan Mohan Siddh in such a melodious style that people danced with joy. Then this presentation of artists on Dhap Baje Re Saathida Apa Khela Holi, Dhap Baje Re and Fagun Ayo Re Hathila Mhari Baje Bangri spread the flavor of folk dance of Rajasthan. In the month of Jor Ko To Jadayo Padgayo Phagan and finally today on Holi Re Rasiya in Biraj, all the artists presented folk dance and gave heights to the program yesterday.
In the program, Meera Saxena, Uma Gautam, Anurekha Gupta, Dr. Bhargavi, Dr. Kavita Mathur, delighted the audience with the presentation of folk songs with their melodious voices. Artists Colonel Ajit Saxena, Bhavana Jalutharia, Adhyatma, Avirbhav, Rashika, Kishore Singh Chauhan, Hari Narayan Sharma, Manoj Swami, Manoj Advani and Jivitesh Sharma enthralled the audience with their beautiful folk dance presentation on Chang Dhap. Ramesh Chauhan on harmonium and singing and Hanuman Prasad Pawar on Dholak provided excellent accompaniment in the program. Program coordinator was Naval Dangi, camera was by Manoj Swami, stage decoration by Ankit Sharma Nonu and Jivitesh, music by Sagar Vinod Garhwal.
