Weather Update Today: Rang Panchami is being celebrated in the country today, hence farmers are worried about the change in weather. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in many parts of the country today. The day temperature in the capital Delhi on Friday was 5 degrees above normal. But in the evening the weather changed and the weather became pleasant due to rain. There is a possibility of drizzle in different parts of Delhi on Saturday also. According to Skymet Weather, there may be light rain and snowfall in Gilgit Baltistan, Ladakh on March 30 and 31. Apart from this, there is a possibility of moderate rain in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with thunderstorms in Lucknow, Bundelkhand and Western UP. Light rain may occur in Prayagraj, Fatehpur, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Sant Kabir Nagar, Chandauli, Mirzapur, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Kanpur Dehat, Lalitpur.
In many cities of Gujarat including Ahmedabad, the temperature is likely to remain around 40 degrees for the next 3 days. Yellow alert has been declared in Ahmedabad, Banaskantha, Vadodara, Anand. According to a private weather forecasting agency, the temperature is not likely to cross 40 degrees for the next 5 days.

The highest number of emergencies has been related to stomach ache, with 1804 cases reported in 6 days, during which 1122 people had to be hospitalized due to heat stroke.
