The case of Seema Haider, who came to India from Pakistan, has now reached the court. Seema Haider's conversation with Sachin, a resident of Noida, started while playing PUBG. Later Seema entered India illegally with her four children. Seema's husband Ghulam Haider, who lives in Pakistan, is still angry with her. On the other hand, in India, Ghulam has approached the court through his lawyer Momin Malik. Seema and Sachin have been accused of fraud. Malik filed the petition under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC, which allows magisterial investigation.
It is said that Seema and Sachin got married in Kathmandu. Momin alleges that Seema married Sachin without divorcing Ghulam Haider. Because of this their marriage is not valid. He claimed that the court has issued a notice to Noida Police asking them to submit the report by April 18. Ghulam Haider is angry with Seema-Sachin. Ghulam Haider is continuously demanding that his children be sent back to Pakistan. He says that children are not safe in India.
It is alleged that people are coming to see Seema's dead body.
Ghulam angrily told Seema Haider that by dancing you feel that people are with you. He comes to see the dead body. Ghulam said, 'Seema, no one looks at you with respect. You think that the way you are dancing today, the girls will also dance the same way tomorrow. this is your fault. Ghulam threatened Sachin and said, 'I have faith in the courts of India. The time is not far when I will drag Sachin to the court.

Sachin has said many times that Seema's children are his. Ghulam Haider said angrily, 'These are not Sachin's children. They are the children of Ghulam Haider. His father is still alive. I will take out your eyes. Ghulam asked the people of India to help him get his children. Seema's lawyer AP Singh says that Momin's petition in the court is a publicity stunt. He said, 'CRPC does not allow any Pakistani citizen to file a case in India.'
