Thousands of people gathered for the funeral of Mukhtar Ansari

Mukhtar Ansari was buried in Kalibagh cemetery of Ghazipur. About 30 thousand people had come to Mukhtar's funeral.

The ancestral house, which is called Bada Gate, is where Mukhtar's mortal remains were kept for the last darshan. Son Umar sprinkled perfume on the funeral procession. Mukhtar's mustache was stroked for the last time. After leaving the funeral procession, the Namaz-e-Janaza ritual was performed at Prince Takiz Ground. Appealed to people not to go ahead, let family members go to the cemetery.

Let us tell you that Mukhtar was lodged in Banda jail of Uttar Pradesh. On the night of 28 March, he was brought to Rani Durgavati Medical College in an unconscious state. 9 doctors treated him but Mukhtar could not be saved.

Mukhtar has said many times that there is a conspiracy to kill him in jail. He is being poisoned. After the postmortem which lasted for two and a half hours, the cause of Mukhtar's death was said to be heart attack.
