Along with the day temperature, the effect of heat is also visible at night in the state. An increase of four degrees Celsius has also been recorded in the night minimum temperature. Today on Friday also the maximum temperature of the day is likely to be 34 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 20 degrees. At the same time, there is also a possibility of snowfall in the hilly areas of the state. There is a possibility of light rain at isolated places in Dehradun including Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh, Tehri and Pauri districts. There may be heavy rain in areas at altitude more than four thousand meters.
The Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert for lightning and hailstorm along with wind speed up to 50 kilometers per hour in the hilly districts. The maximum temperature of Mukteshwar was recorded at 24.5 and the minimum temperature was 10.3 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature of Tehri was recorded at 25.0 degrees Celsius, 1 degree Celsius more than normal, and the minimum temperature was 14.1 degrees Celsius.
