Yes, if you want to eat desi style pizza then you should try moonglets for breakfast. Moong dal made from moong dal is not only delicious to eat. You can try it for breakfast or as an evening snack. Moonglets Recipe:
Material:
2 cups moong dal
1 tomato
1 medium beetroot
1 carrot
corn
1 capsicum
Green chilly
A piece of
ginger coriander leaves
Spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
as needed mozzarella cheese
Butter and salt as per taste
Method:
-Soak the moong dal in water for about 2 hours.
-Cut all the vegetables finely and cut the beetroot and ginger into long thin pieces.
– Wash the soaked moong dal thoroughly with water and then grind it in a mixer with some water.
-You have to prepare a thick paste like batter from ground moong dal, which should be like pancake batter.
– Now take out the ground moong dal and add a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of baking soda and salt to it. mix well.
-Take a non-stick pan, heat it and add 1 teaspoon butter in it.
– Now pour the moong solution into the pan and spread it lightly. Remember that the moonlets should not be too thin.
– Now add corn, onion, capsicum, tomato, green coriander, green chilli, ginger and beetroot to the batter and mix well.
– Sprinkle salt and chaat masala on top and cook moonglets on medium flame.
– Cut the cheese into small pieces and spread it over the moonglets. – Then sprinkle some more moong dal paste on top.
-Cover it and cook for some time, then turn it over. If butter is less then add some more while turning.
-When the moonlets become crunchy from both sides, add a little butter on top.
– Take it out in a plate and cut it like pizza. Your delicious and cheesy moonlets are ready.
– You can enjoy hot Chandni with green chutney and red chutney.
