Jhunjhunu, March 29 (Hindustan Reporter) An interstate meeting was held in Bhiwani in the neighboring state of Haryana regarding the Lok Sabha elections. In which Jhunjhunu SP Rajarshi Verma, Bhiwani, Churu and Mahendragarh and Rajasthan and Haryana Border DSP and police officers participated. Jhunjhunu SP Rajarshi Verma said that in the meeting, it was discussed about running a 'joint operation' by exchanging the list of wanted criminals and warrants of both the states.
Apart from this, to conduct the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in a fair and peaceful manner, it was discussed about sealing the border 48 hours before voting. He said that along with this, efforts are being made to arrest wanted criminals under 'Joint Operation', to conduct interstate joint operations from time to time, to take maximum action against criminals and smugglers in collaboration with excise and other agencies, and to interact with each other during joint operations. Various points were discussed including getting each other's support.
