Arvind Kejriwal: Arvind Kejriwal did not get relief on Thursday in the money laundering case related to Delhi's alleged liquor policy scam. Rouse Avenue Court has extended Kejriwal's custody till April 1. However, during the hearing of this case, Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal presented his side for about seven minutes.

While presenting his side in the court, Kejriwal said that the Delhi government did not commit any scam while making the excise policy, nor did any scam take place. He also alleged that the aim of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is to destroy the Aadmi Party.

CM Kejriwal said that ED has no evidence against me, they can keep me in custody for any number of days. We are not opposing the ED remand. Along with this, Kejriwal alleged that ED wants to destroy the Aam Aadmi Party. The investigating agency is also running an extortion racket to recover money.

Let us tell you that on Thursday, Additional Solicitor General (ASG) SV Raju appeared on behalf of ED. He made a new allegation on Kejriwal that he is not cooperating in the investigation in this case. Since Kejriwal has not yet shared the password of his account, ED does not have the digital data. Along with this, ED's lawyer has alleged that CM Kejriwal has not yet given the documents related to income tax return to ED.

Along with this, SV Raju said that ED still wants some people to face Kejriwal. Apart from this, AAP has also used money in the liquor policy scam in Goa assembly elections. In this regard, ED is recording the statements of four candidates of Aam Aadmi Party from Goa. Therefore, Kejriwal's remand should be extended. On the demand of ED, the court has extended Kejriwal's remand till April 1.
