There is a great news for people traveling between Aligarh and Palwal! The construction work of a long -awaited bypass passing near Khair town on National Highway 34 has now started. With this important project, the journey from Aligarh to Palwal will not only be easy, but will also save a lot of time, because the passengers will not have to go through the crowded area of the town.
Well the bypass is being constructed under the National Highways Authority of Authority (NHAI). This will be a 1.62 km long four-lane bypass, which will start from the western end of Khair bypass on Delhi-Bulandshahr National Highway-91, leaving Kheria and will get from National Highway 34 at Kheria turn. Its estimated cost is Rs 51 crore. The goal of this project is to reduce the increasing traffic in Khair Nagar, which often causes jam and passengers have to face unnecessary delays.
At present, passengers going from Aligarh to Palwal or coming from Delhi have to pass through Khair’s urban area, especially in peak hours. With the construction of this bypass, passengers will be able to get out directly without any hindrance, which will save both travel time and fuel. Along with the construction of the bypass, the transport system will also improve, which can also promote economic activities in the area.
Both local residents and passengers have welcomed this initiative. This will not only provide better road connectivity, but will also provide great relief for daily travelers and freight. This project shows how committed the government is for the development of the infrastructure of the region and striving to make the national highway network smooth and safe.
