Shiv Sena faction will break in 2022!
In the year 2022, after the rebellion of leaders including Eknath Shinde, the Shiv Sena faction divided into two parts. Then after forming an alliance with BJP and becoming the Chief Minister of the state, he filed a case over the election symbol of Shiv Sena, in which the Supreme Court has declared Eknath Shinde's group as Asil Shiv Sena. After this, Uddhav faction's party Shiv Sena had to change the name of the party to Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray).
Shiv Sena UBT announces list of candidates
Earlier on Wednesday, Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT) announced the first list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections. Party leader Sanjay Raut has announced the names of a total of 17 candidates. Anil Desai has been given ticket from Mumbai South Central Lok Sabha seat. Apart from this, Arvind Sawant has been fielded from Mumbai South. Let us tell you that elections for 48 Lok Sabha seats of Maharashtra will start in five phases from April 19.
