Ingredients for making potato pakodas

  • Potato,
  • Ginger-green chilli paste,
  • peanuts,
  • Cumin,
  • Turmeric ,
  • sweet neem leaves,
  • Oil,
  • Lemon juice,
  • Coriander,
  • Salt.

How to make Aloo Sukibhaji

  • – First of all wash the potatoes thoroughly with water. Then pour water in a cooker on gas and add potatoes in it and boil the potatoes for 4-5 whistles.
  • Take out the boiled potatoes, peel them and cut them.
  • – Now heat oil in a pan on gas and add cumin, turmeric, sweet neem and fry.
  • – Now add crushed peanuts, chilli paste and ginger paste and fry for one to two minutes.
  • – Now add boiled potato pieces to it and mix well with a spoon and if necessary add rock salt.
  • Now garnish it with lemon juice and green coriander and serve.
