- Potato,
- Ginger-green chilli paste,
- peanuts,
- Cumin,

How to make Aloo Sukibhaji
- – First of all wash the potatoes thoroughly with water. Then pour water in a cooker on gas and add potatoes in it and boil the potatoes for 4-5 whistles.
- Take out the boiled potatoes, peel them and cut them.
- – Now heat oil in a pan on gas and add cumin, turmeric, sweet neem and fry.
- – Now add crushed peanuts, chilli paste and ginger paste and fry for one to two minutes.
- – Now add boiled potato pieces to it and mix well with a spoon and if necessary add rock salt.
- Now garnish it with lemon juice and green coriander and serve.
