Court takes cognizance of charge sheet filed against Izhar Ansari and Ishtiaq Ansari

Ranchi, March 27 (Hindustan Reporter) The court of Special Judge PK Sharma on Wednesday took cognizance of the ED's charge sheet against Hazaribagh's coal businessmen Izhar Ansari and Ishtiaq Ansari and a company of Izhar Ansari. The court has fixed April 8 for the appearance of the accused in the case. Earlier, on March 15, ED had filed a charge sheet in the court against Izhar Ansari and Ishtiaq Ansari and a company of Izhar Ansari. ED had filed the charge sheet with all the evidence found in the investigation. ED had given information to the court about how Izhar was involved in coal business and how he acquired huge wealth from illegal coal business.

Izhar Ansari is the director of many shell companies. He operates black money through shell companies. On January 16, ED had raided Izhar Ansari's hideout. In the raid, ED had recovered many important documents along with Rs 13 lakh cash.
