Mumbai: Agatsya Nanda’s war drama ‘Twenty -one’ is scheduled to release next month. It has been announced to release it during the Gandhi Jayanti holiday on 2 October. This decision of producer Dinesh Vijan is surprised in the business world, as the prequel of Rishabh Shetty’s film ‘Kantara’ is also going to be released on the same day.
A few days ago, Rishabh Shetty announced that there would be no change in the release date of his film. After this, Dinesh Vijan has announced the release date of ‘Twenty -one’.
The original film ‘Kantara’ was highly appreciated and hence there is a lot of enthusiasm among the fans about its prequel. At the same time, the acting of Agatsya Nanda in the OTT film ‘Archies’ found people weak.
The film also has artists like Dharmendra along with Agatsya. Directed by veteran director like Shriram Raghavan, the film also stars Jaideep Ahlawat. The film is the biopic of the 1971 Indo-Pak war hero and Paramveer Chakra recipient second Lieutenant Arun Kshetrapal. According to some trade critics, ‘twenty-one’ is the first war film to be released after the current India-Pakistan struggle. It is yet to be seen whether they get emotional benefits of this environment or not.
Meanwhile, as soon as the release date of the film was fixed, Agatsya’s girlfriend Suhana Khan expressed her happiness on social media and congratulated him.
