Security forces have arrested two Chinese citizens near the India-Nepal border in Siddharthnagar district of UP. Both of them had entered the Indian border illegally. It includes a woman and a man. Now the police have registered an FIR and presented them in the court.
Joint patrolling of SSB and Mohana police station forces near India-Nepal border
Actually, the whole incident took place on March 26 when the forces of SSB and Mohana police station were jointly patrolling near the India-Nepal border. A man and a woman were arrested near Bhabani Charrasta for illegally entering India. 2 Chinese passports, 2 Nepali visas, 2 Chinese SIM cards and 2 Nepali SIM cards, 1 Apple phone and 1 Honor phone and 9 different cards were recovered from him.
Two Chinese citizens arrested
The name of the arrested accused is Zhou Pulin who is a resident of Sichuan, China, while the name of the accused is Yuan Yuhan who is a resident of Huangjinbao. Police have registered a case against both of them for entering India illegally. A case was registered under Section 14(A) of the Foreigners Act-1946 at Mohana police station and both were presented in the court.
Entered India without any valid document
In this case, ASP of Siddharthnagar said that on March 26, a joint team of police and SSB arrested a man and a woman from Babhni Tirahe. When he was interrogated, it was revealed that he was a Chinese citizen and had entered India without any valid document.
Section 14 created an offense under the Foreigners Act 1946
A case was registered against him under Crime No. 53/2024 Section 14A Foreigners Act 1946 on charges of entering India without valid documents and was sent to Namdar Court. Further legal action is underway in this matter.
