Hardoi: Trying to derail two trains including Rajdhani, police investigation

News India Live, Digital Desk: Hardoi: Police claimed on Tuesday that Hardoi of Uttar Pradesh The attempt to derail two trains, including a Rajdhani Express in the district, was failed due to the vigilance of the loco pilots.

He told that Monday In the evening, unknown miscreants tied wooden blocks on the track between Dalellanagar and Umratali stations on the track number 1129/14.

Police said the loco pilot of Rajdhani Express (20504) going from Delhi to Dibrugarh in Assam, applied an emergency brake on seeing the barrier. He removed the barrier and informed the railway officials.

After the Rajdhani Express, another attempt was made to derail Kathgodam Express (15044). Police said it was deferred due to the awareness of the loco pilot.

Superintendent Neeraj Kumar Jadaun visited the spot on Monday evening and issued necessary instructions. He confirmed that the Government Railway Police, Railway Protection Force and local police teams are investigating the incident.
