What did ED allege?
The ED had arrested Kejriwal on March 21 in a money laundering case related to the now defunct excise policy. He is in the agency's custody till Thursday. The central agency has accused AAP national convenor Kejriwal of demanding bribe in return for benefits from liquor dealers.
The ED has accused Kejriwal as well as AAP leaders, ministers and other individuals of being the 'mastermind and mastermind' of the now scrapped policy.
