You can make sweet and sour plum chutney with this method

necessary ingredients:

four cups plums

jaggery as per taste

two spoons black salt

two spoons mustard oil

Two spoons of Panch Phoran (cumin, mustard, fennel, nigella, fenugreek seeds)

Water (to make syrup)

You can prepare it like this:

First of all, heat oil in a pan, add panch phoron in it and temper it.

After this, add plums to the pan and cook.

Now make jaggery syrup in water in a pan, add two pinches of salt in it.

Now add it to the plums mixed with spices and cook.

-In this way your delicious chutney is ready.
