necessary ingredients:
- cashew
- Dry fruits – four cups
- Turmeric – one spoon
- Kashmiri red chilli – two spoons
- Black pepper powder – one teaspoon
- Desi ghee/butter – four tablespoons
- Salt – as per taste
You can prepare it like this:
First of all, heat desi ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts in it for five minutes.
Now put cashews in a vessel and add turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt.
In this way your roasted masala cashews are ready.
