necessary ingredients:
- Spinach – two bundles
- Grated cheese – four hundred grams
- Tomatoes – eight
- Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
- Green coriander finely chopped – 2 tablespoons
- Green chilli – two
- Ginger – one inch long piece
- Cashews (chopped) – twenty
- Cumin – half teaspoon
- Asafoetida – two pinches
- Oil – for making garam masala
- Vegetables – half spoon
- Salt – as per taste
You can prepare it like this:
First of all, put tomato, green chilli and ginger in a mixer grinder and grind them finely.
Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida and cumin seeds in it.
Now add tomato-ginger-green chilli paste and fry.
After this, add spinach and salt and cook for five minutes.
Once the water dries, add cashew pieces, garam masala and grated cheese and cook.
Finally add green coriander and taste.
