You must have eaten many types of sandwiches till date. Today we have brought the recipe of curd sandwich for you. Curd sandwich tastes amazing and you can easily make it at home. So let's know about its recipe.
Material:
8-10 slices of bread
1 cup curd
1 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 cup grated carrot
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Chaat masala as per taste
salt as per taste
2 tbsp desi ghee or butter
recipe:
-First of all grate the carrots. Then cut capsicum, onion and tomato into fine pieces.
Now mix the vegetables in curd, then add salt as per taste.
– Add black pepper powder and chaat masala as per taste.
– Add finely chopped coriander and mix well.
Now spread this mixture on bread slices.
– Heat the pan and add desi ghee or butter in it.
-Place this mixture between two bread slices and cook the sandwich thoroughly from both sides.
-For this you can also use sandwich maker. You can also grill the sandwich.
– To make hung curd, tie the curd in a cloth and hang it overnight. You can also add vegetables of your choice to it.
