A new government has been formed in Pakistan, but it does not seem to have any effect on Pakistan's relations with India.
From the statement of Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, it seems that India is also in no mood to take initiative to improve relations with Pakistan. Jaishankar, who is on a three-day visit to Singapore, said at an event related to his book at the National University of Singapore: How do we work with a neighboring country that uses terrorism as part of its system of governance? However, India is no longer in favor of ignoring terrorism. Pakistan is promoting terrorism on an industrial scale and India will not accept it.
He further said that every country in the world wants stability in its neighboring country and if there is no stability then at least the neighboring country wants to live in peace but it is unfortunate for India that its neighboring country is not like that. Capable of shaking the country with a neighbor who is openly promoting terrorism…Pakistan's connection with terrorist incidents has come to the fore not in sporadic incidents but continuously. After this, India has come to the decision that it will counter this threat and will also take tough decisions if necessary.
Without taking names, Jaishankar said that on one hand, if Pakistan continues terrorism, then India will never say that we should talk on it.
