thymol seeds
Salt
Ghee
Cold water
Method ,
To make Namak Pare, first of all mix carom seeds, salt, semolina and flour together and mash the ghee lightly so that the mixture becomes like bread crumbs. Knead the dough with hard water. Cover the dough and keep it in a cool place for at least 15 minutes. Roll out the dough into a thick sheet. Make cuts with a knife on the entire surface. Cut thin strips of your desired thickness. Heat oil in a pan until a piece of dough rises immediately when dropped into it. Then fry as many pieces as can comfortably fit in the pan. When they become light brown from both sides, take them out from the oil. Keep them in a plate. Let them cool and store in an airtight container
