South Indian dish Dosa is very famous all over the country. It has become an important part of almost every home. Other varieties like Masala Dosa, Paneer Dosa have also gained immense popularity and one such variety is Sprouts Dosa. It is not only delicious but also rich in nutrition. It can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack when you feel slightly hungry during the day. You can easily make it at home and enjoy it. So let's know how to make it.

Material:

1 cup moong dal

1 inch ginger

2-3 green chillies

1 bunch coriander leaves

1 teaspoon cumin

oil as required

salt as per taste

recipe:

First of all, take one cup of moong dal, clean it and soak it in water overnight.

Then tie them in a cloth to germinate. Alternatively, you can also use sprouted moong available in the market.

Now put the sprouted moong in the mixer jar.

Add green coriander, ginger, green chilli, cumin and half cup of water and grind it to make a smooth paste.

Then, pour the paste into a large mixing bowl.

Similarly, prepare Sprouts Dosa from all the batter one by one.

You can serve it with coconut chutney or sambar.
