Carrot
Onion and Green Pepper
Capsicum
Oat
Salt
ghee curry

Mustard seeds
Method:
Add some ghee and mustard seeds in a pan. -Now add curry leaves, carrot, onion, green chilli, capsicum and salt. Then add oats. Fry lightly and when the vegetables are cooked, add water. Let everything cook well and add green coriander. Let it cook and when it is cooked, add chopped coriander to it. If you wish, add a spoonful of ghee on top and serve.
