Delhi Cabinet Minister Atishi on Thursday said that Arvind Kejriwal will remain the Chief Minister after his arrest by ED in a money laundering case related to excise policy and will run the city government from jail if necessary. He also said that the Aam Aadmi Party has moved the Supreme Court against the action of the federal agency.
“He will remain the Chief Minister of Delhi. If necessary, he will run the government even from jail. There is no rule that stops him from running the government from jail,” Atishi told reporters here. In a post on 'X', the AAP leader said, “We have moved the Supreme Court to quash the arrest of Delhi CM @ArvindKejriwal by ED. We have demanded an immediate hearing from the Supreme Court tonight itself.” ,
