SC rejected
The important thing is that even after a month of the Supreme Court's decision on electoral bonds, State Bank of India has not been able to disclose its data properly. The court again had to reprimand SBI. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud asked whether the bank had not understood the court's decision. In Monday's hearing, Chief Justice Chandrachud directed the lawyers appearing for the banks and companies to order SBI to release all the data related to the bonds before 5 pm on March 21. As per the decision, the bank bond data was to be handed over to the Election Commission, which would be published on the Commission's website for easy access. After this order, SBI gave this information to the Election Commission on Thursday.
