Recipe:- Beetroot Barfi is very tasty in taste, note down the recipe

Many people consume beetroot in the form of salad while some people drink its juice. Many types of vitamins, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and many other nutrients are found in it. But today we will tell you the recipe of beetroot barfi. Its taste is amazing and you can easily make it at home. You can note its recipe here.

Material:

1 cup mawa

2 cups beetroot, grated

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk powder

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp almond powder

Ghee (as required)

Method:

– First of all, heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.

Then add chopped beetroot in hot ghee and fry for 2 minutes. – Now add sugar in it and cook till it dissolves.

Put mawa in another pan and fry it. – When the mawa is roasted, add sugar to it and cook.

– Now mix sugar and mawa well. Then add cardamom powder to it and cook for 2 minutes.

– Now add milk powder to the beetroot mixture and cook until it thickens.

When the mixture is cooked well, add almond powder and cardamom powder to it and mix well.

– Apply ghee in a plate and spread the mixture in the plate.

Now grease a plate with ghee and first spread the mawa mixture, then spread the beetroot mixture over it and press it lightly with a spoon.

Once frozen, cut the mixture into desired shapes and serve as barfi.
