Recipe: If you feel like eating something spicy then make onion pakodas like this

Whenever we think of pakodas our mouth waters. Pakodas can be made from many things. But today we are going to tell you about the recipe of onion pakoda. They are very easy to make and they are very tasty. So let's know about its recipe.

Onion Pakodas Recipe:

Material:

Gram flour – 1 cup

Onion – 2

Rice flour – 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

Green chilli – 4

Coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp Ajwain

Seeds – 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon

Oil

Salt – as per taste

Method:

-First of all, peel the onion and cut it into long and thin pieces.

-Along with this, chop green chillies finely.

-Put gram flour in a deep bottom pan.

-Add chopped onion, green chilli, green coriander, red chilli, chaat masala, carom seeds and salt and mix.

-Prepare the solution by adding water little by little. Keep in mind that the solution should not be too thin or too thick.

-Heat oil in a pan.

-When the oil is hot, make pakodas from the batter. You can make the pakodas with a spoon or put them in oil by hand.

– Fry the pakodas on medium flame until they turn golden.

-When the pakodas become nicely golden, take them out and place them on blotting paper.

– Prepare all the batter pakodas in the same way.

-Onion pakodas are ready. Serve them with green chutney.
