Famous comedian Bharti Singh has shared a recipe of white sesame Nepali style chutney on her YouTube channel. This chutney looks extremely tasty with bread, paratha or snacks. Nepali sesame sauce materials:
- White sesame: 100 grams
- Dry red chili: 2-3
- Roasted tomatoes: 1
- Tamarind pulp: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 3-4 buds
- Ginger: 1 inch piece
- Green coriander leaves: 1 hand
- Mint leaves: 1 hand
- Fenugreek Dana: 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli: 1-2 (for tempering)
- Salt: as per taste
- Water: as per requirement
Nepali sesame sauce recipe:
- Fry sesame and red chili:
Add white sesame and dry red chili to the pan. Roast the sesame dry and fry until it becomes light golden. Turn off the gas after roasting. - Fry tomatoes:
Fry a tomato on the gas and peel it. - Put the ingredients in the grinder:
Add roasted sesame, red chili, roasted tomato, garlic, ginger, green coriander and mint leaves to the mixer jar. - Add tamarind and salt:
Add tamarind pulp and salt to the jar as per taste. Mix some water as per the need and grind it well. - Make the chutney temper
Heat a little oil in a pan. Add fenugreek seeds and chopped green chilies to it. Pour this tempering over the prepared chutney. - Serve:
Ready and funny Nepali style white sesame sauce. Serve it with paratha, bread, or snacks and enjoy taste.
