Mumbai: A candidate appearing for the police recruitment exam in Mumbai was caught using an earpiece while imitating what was shown in the movie Munnabhai MBBS. After this incident, the police arrested the candidate and registered a case of fraud against him and took legal action. The man has been identified as Krishna Dalvi, a resident of Bhokardan in Jalna district of Maharashtra.
According to more information in this regard, the examination for the job of driver-constable in Mumbai Police was organized on Friday at Raigarh Military in Oshiwara area of Andheri. At this time, the behavior of Dalvi who was given the exam was suspicious to the examiner posted there on duty. He asked Dalvi about this. Meanwhile, the examiner noticed that Dalvi had hidden a micro device in his left ear. Further investigation revealed that he was wearing an earpiece (micro device) in his ear and with the help of it his friends were telling him the answer to the question.
After the incident, the examiner immediately informed the attending authorities and after further investigation of Dalvi, the police seized the micro device, a cellphone and a SIM card. The device Dalvi used to cheat in the exam was small enough to fit inside the ear and, without a doubt, the device was connected to a phone and Bluetooth. However, Munnabhai was caught red-handed trying to copy the story of the film in real life.
After this incident the police arrested Dalvi. Upon further investigation, the police found out that Krishna Dalvi’s friends Sachin Bawaskar and Pradeep Rajput were helping him in cheating. These people used to give answers by typing with the help of micro-device. Along with Dalvi, the police have also registered a case against his two friends Sachin and Pradeep.
