The Meteorological Department has warned that there is no possibility of relief for the next few days. While the cold has increased due to rain and snowfall, some crops are also benefiting from it.

Delhi-NCR: Rain and cold winds increased shivering

Light rain in Delhi-NCR on Saturday further increased the cold. Due to cold winds and continuously falling temperatures, people found it difficult to go out.

In Himachal, snowfall continues in the higher reaches and rain continues in the plains.

• Areas of snowfall: Rain in low lying and plain areas, while snowfall likely in higher reaches.
• Impact of Western Disturbance: A new Western Disturbance will affect the state from the night of January 14.

Madhya Pradesh: Chances of hailstorm and rain

Light rain and hailstorm along with cold have made the weather colder in Madhya Pradesh.

• Possibility of hailstorm: Warning of hailstorm with thunder and lightning in Betul, Harda, Katni, and Damoh districts.

It rained intermittently in many areas of Haryana including Sirsa on Saturday.
