Uttar Pradesh accident: A big news has come out from Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. Here, near the railway station, construction of a building was going on under the Amrit Bharat Scheme. It is said that about 36 laborers were buried under the collapse of the building’s lantern on Saturday.
According to the information, 6 laborers have been rescued so far. Rescue work has been started to save other workers. Help of JCB is being taken for relief and rescue work. On receiving information about the incident, a team of police officers also reached there and the ambulance fleet was dispatched.
Work was going on under Amrit Bharat Scheme
The construction of the building near the railway station was going on under the Central Government’s ambitious Amrit Bharat Scheme. Adequate precautions were not taken for the safety of passengers during construction. Senior railway officials have ordered an investigation into the incident. Apart from this, strict action has also been taken against those who were negligent in construction.
