Citroen India upgrades standard warranty, customers will get assurance of 3 years or 1,00,000 kilometers

Citroën India has made a major change in the standard warranty to provide better experience and enhance confidence to its customers. Now the company’s popular models like C3, Basalt, and Aircross will get a warranty of 3 years or 1,00,000 kilometers. This new step is part of Citroen’s efforts to attract customers and increase showroom visits.

New Standard Warranty: What’s New?

  1. warranty period:
    • Standard warranty of 3 years or 1,00,000 kms (whichever is earlier).
    • This new warranty will be applicable to all Citroën vehicles with immediate effect.
    • The eC3 electric crossover is not part of this policy.
  2. Transferable Warranty:
    • This warranty is transferable to another owner.
    • This will increase the resale value of the vehicle and make the process hassle-free.
  3. Complementary Road Side Assistance (RSA):
    • Customer will get free RSA to resolve on-road issues.
  4. Protection against manufacturing and material defects:
    • Customers will be protected against manufacturing defects and poor quality materials.
