Important information for preparation of Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test

Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) 2024 will be held on 27 February 2025. The application process for this exam is going to end soon. Interested candidates have time till January 15, 2025 to apply. More than 6.17 lakh candidates have applied so far, and it is estimated that this number may reach 10-12 lakh.

1. Provision of five options

This time, instead of four options, five options will be given in the REET exam.

2. Changes in syllabus under NEP 2020

Under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, many new topics have been added to the syllabus of REET 2025.

• New schemes and teaching methods will now be part of the examination.
• These changes are aimed at preparing the candidates with modern and relevant education.

Changes in syllabus of Level 1 and Level 2

Level 1: Child Development and Teaching Methods

• Topics related to NEP 2020 have been added.
• Contemporary child welfare educational schemes of Rajasthan have been included.
• A new topic of Vedic Mathematics has been added to Mathematics.
• A new topic for Urdu is also included in the syllabus.

level 2:

• New schemes and modern teaching methods have been included under NEP 2020.
• These changes will provide an opportunity to the candidates to learn new approaches to education.

   • Take a printout of the form and keep it safe for future.
