Make Potato-Semolina Fingers with this method, your heart will be happy after tasting the taste!

Semolina – four cups

Boiled potatoes – 16 (grated)

Chaat masala – 2 spoons

Dry mango powder – two spoons

Ginger-garlic paste – four spoons

Coriander – 2 cups (finely chopped)

Green chilli – twenty (finely chopped)

Salt – as per taste

Coriander powder – two spoons

Oil – as required

Garam masala – two spoons

Cumin powder- 2 teaspoons

You can prepare it like this:

First of all, heat a cup of water in a vessel and add two spoons of oil in it.

– Now when the water starts boiling, turn off the gas and add semolina to it.

After five minutes, take out the semolina in a plate, add potatoes, salt, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, all the spices and green coriander and mix well.

– Now make small rolls from this mixture.

– Now heat oil in the pan. – Deep fry the rolls in this.

In this way potato-semolina fingers are made.
