Flour-five hundred grams, celery-two spoons, potatoes-four boiled mashed, onion-four finely chopped, cumin-two spoons, asafoetida-one spoon, whole coriander-two spoons, dry mango powder-two spoons, gram flour- Three spoons, fennel – two spoons, green coriander – two spoons finely chopped, garam masala – two spoons, red chilli powder – two spoons, salt – as per taste, oil.
You can make it with this method:
– Add flour, celery, salt, a little oil and water in a vessel and knead it well.
– Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin, asafoetida, whole coriander and fennel and fry for half a second.
– Now add onion and fry.
– After this, mix gram flour, dry mango powder, garam masala, potato, salt and red chili powder and cook.
– Now add green coriander in it.
– Now make small balls of the dough, fill them with the mixture and fry the Kachori in oil.
