Iranshah Udvada Festival: A unique festival of Parsi cultural heritage is being celebrated in Udvada, Valsad. The ‘Iranshah Udvada Utsav’, which will run till 29th December, started yesterday on Friday. Leaders of the Parsi community including Vadadstur Khurshidji were present on the first day of the festival organized in Udwara, which is considered to be the main holy place of the Parsi community in the world. Parsis from across the country and abroad flocked to participate in this program organized with the aim of preserving Parsi culture.

‘Iranshah Udvada Mahotsav’ is being celebrated

Iranshah Utsav is a celebration of the cultural heritage of the Parsi society as well as the highest human virtues of goodwill, goodwill and brotherhood. Which was started with the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is celebrated every two years, this three-day event was started by Parsi leaders including Shapoor Pallonji of Parsi community, Vadastur Khurshidji of Udvada village by lighting a lamp at the pilgrimage site of Udvada. In this three-day festival, heritage walk, photo gallery, street art, treasure hunt competition, display and sale of items like antique watches, cuisine of Parsi society and exhibition fair of art and culture are organized. For which three dromes have been prepared. People of Parsi community from India and abroad will be present in this program and will enjoy the festival.
